How to automatically apply fixed set of calculations to data of variable column and row nu

Hello,

I have raw data that has variable set of columns and rows with a unique time and id (see attached file).
I need to apply a fixed set of calculations to the data but doing it manually is a huge pain. How would I automate this process.
