    Easier Way to locate data

Currently I have a formula {=IFERROR(INDEX(cases!A:A,SMALL(IF(EXACT($D$11,cases!$C:$C),ROW(cases!$C:$C)-ROW($F$1)+1),ROW(1:1))),"")} (CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER) that is used roughly 100 times on one worksheet. I haven't been using the array very long but did notice that it severely increases the calculation times upon making any kinds of changes to the formula.

I am wondering, is there a better way to do locate the values I am looking for? Maybe a macro that can be ran?

    CSC-Tracker2.xlsb

    Overview:
The document that I am working with has a sheet with a bunch of random data on the sheet labeled cases but there is always a constant, that constant is in cell D11 on the sheet1 and located in column C in the data sheet.

I am working on a version of the file that I can upload as the one that I am working with contains sensitive data. But I figured I at least get a jump start. By no means am I an excel pro. Just an amateur who loves to tinker with excel!

    Edit:
    Now with 100% more file

    With an pivot table.

    See the attached file.
Notice my main language is not English.

Re: Easier Way to locate data

My apologies, I was very clear. I have uploaded an updated version of the file that I was working with. I would absolutely love to utilize a pivot table however the only issue that I am running into is I have a completely different set of data that I will have on the same sheet. I am trying to have it set so that I can compare the two different sets of data without having to swivel to another sheet to match them up. The more streamlined the better in this scenario.
