How to copy without formatting?

I'm writing my master thesis to google drive and of course I'm using a lot of copy/paste from office word 2013.
However, I'm using notepad to clean my word formatting and copy/pasting again from notepad to my google drive. Is there anyway to skip this notepad process? A shortcut to copy without formatting? or a shortcut to paste without formatting to google drive?

After you copied and before you paste make a right-click and select an icon with letter A. This will paste without formatting.

I know this method but since I will not paste it into a word document, I need to copy as values in advance. Maybe I need a macro that it can copy and paste without formatting and then copy again and then ctrl+z x 2
