Conditional Formatting

Need help.

Trying to use conditional formatting to background fill cells in color when dates in cells in column O of my spreadsheet are less than or equal to 60 days from current date. Then have color turn to green if current date goes beyond what the date is in the cells in column O.

Example:

Column O cell date = 7/20/15
Cell in column O would have turned red in every cell in column O when date would have been 7/20/15 - 60 days and then when date would have been 7/21/15, color in cell would have turned to green.

I am not very clear if i'v set the right rules though..
