    Conditional Formatting

Trying to get cells in column S of attached to highlight in dark red if adjacent cell in column U is empty and date in column S is 90 or greater days than today function.

Also using same principle, Trying to get cells in column S of attached to highlight in light red if adjacent cell in column U is empty and date in column S is 60 to 89 days greater than today function.

Also need this to continue down through entire workbook and not stop at a particular row number.
    thanks.

    Re: Conditional Formatting

The formula for the condition refers to row 3 while the scope refers to S:S which actually is S1:S1048576
In this way you're specifying an offset.
Change the row in the condition to row 1 and it'll work fine.
BTW the first condition (purple) is referring the column R. Shouldn't that be column S?
    Cheers!
