I am looking to reorganize column data into rows to be able to manipulate the data. It is store information, but some of the stores omit certain info like email or phone number making them only take up 6 rows while others take up 8 or 9 rows. There are over 3000 lines and its all over the place. Anyone know of a way I can make excel do the work and not have to manually sort all the data?

I have attached a doc with the 2 examples of data and how I would like it to look.
