Find all fonts used in current workbook?

We have a spreadsheet template that we are trying to get ready to send to clients. We want to make sure that we are using consistent fonts throughout the work, but mostly we are only using Calibri. Is there a way to search through the cells and record the location (sheet.name & cell.name) of the places with a different font?

    Thanks!

    Hi -

I don't think there is a built-in formula for that. Here is a VBA solution.

Why not just set all cells to Calibri and edit judiciously from there?

I didn't know you could do that.... is there a default setting? The Workbook I'm using has 20+ worksheets.

is there a default setting? The Workbook I'm using has 20+ worksheets.
First group all the worksheets by holding down the CNTRL button and clicking on each tab.
Then select all the cells in the active worksheet (click on the box where the row #'s and column letters intersects)
On the Hone Tab> Font Select Calibri then Enter. Select 11 then Enter

    Did that work for you?

Ah ok - yes I understand. I can try that, but the sizes are different in headers/labels, etc. I was trying to avoid doing something like that, but I may just do that to make sure it's consistent. thanks!

Yeah, it wouldn't affect bold or other attributes but if you do have different font sizes in headers, they'd need to be reset.
