Weeks between 2nd Wednesdays of months

Is there a function that will facilitate finding the number of weeks between, say, the second Wednesday of this month and the second Wednesday of next month? Normally, there are about 52 weeks in a year. 52/12 = 4 1/3 weeks per month -- but it's not so simple, since months vary in length.

If you have the dates between each of the Wednesdays, it'll be as simple as taking the difference between two dates and dividing it by 7.
For example, 8th of April 2015 less 11th of March 2015 will give you 28 days, which equates to 4 weeks; 13th of May 2015 less 8th of April 2015 yields 35 days, which equates to 5 weeks.

E.g.
A1: 3/11/2015
B1: 4/8/2015
C1: =(B1-A1) / 7 = 4

A2: 4/8/2015
B2: 5/13/2015
C2: =(B2-A2) / 7 = 5

Thanks, quekbc. Actually, I don't know the dates. I want to display the date and number of weeks for the next Wednesday following the 2nd Wednesday of the current month. Sorry I didn't mention that.

Another possible use would be to list the dates and number of weeks for a year.

What do your mean by "and number of weeks"? The number of weeks between TODAY and the Wednesday after the second wednesday of the current month, or something else? Incidentally isn't "the Wednesday after the second wednesday of the current month" the same as "the 3rd Wednesday of the current month", or am I missing somehting here?
