Need Help backing up [Yahoo] IM [to Outlook 2007]

    Dear All,

First of all, i apologize because i know this is not the right room to ask about this, but i keep asking it in the outlook forum n i still got no respond at all..

But i'm in need of the answer urgently, so anyway:

i succeded in backing up my yahoo email to outlook but i noticed the conversation history (Intant messaging) from yahoo messenger, that i had in my yahoo email, did not get backed up using the normal method (only the sent and inbox items were successfully backed up in outlook 2007). How do i backup those IM chats "conversation history" from my yahoo email to outlook 2007?

Your help is very much appreciated

    Best Regards

As a new user, please be aware of a couple of things:

This question was asked 4 years ago. The person who asked it hasn't posted for almost 2 years. The OP said the need was urgent. Therefore your answer isn't likely to be read by the person who asked.

Your answer points to a specific commercial product, and we do not allow promotion of commercial products here. Since it was your first post, it suggests that the only reason you are here is to promote the product.

If you earnestly want to participate here, I suggest asking or answering other questions that do not require third-party products.
