    Chart Help - Access Formatting

I am running into some issues and I am trying to format a file for Access Queries. The current format of the file has 10 separate weeks for the top columns (example provided in attachment).

In order to build for an access query, I would like to have each week listed separately with its corresponding forecast. Any recommendations on how to do this efficiently? The example attached is a simplified version, but there are a lot of other columns and additional items that make transposing a bit difficult.

    Thanks!
