Vba call a macro every 10 rows

Hi I have a workbook with a sheet called "Data", data is written down the sheet starting from row 4. Using vba I want to call a macro every time the data fills 10 rows so when the data reaches row 14,24,34,44,54 etc could someone help me a if statement I can use in VBA please?
