lookup data in a table from another workbook

Hello

I want to lookup data fast from another workbook.
You can have a look in the example:

Sheet 1 represents the other workbook, with the filled out data (managed by someone else).
Sheet 2 represents the workbook I work in.
So, when I use sheet 2/workbook 2 and I am analyzing "person 3" on "characteristic 5" I want this to be used as criteria to lookup in the other workbook the corresponding row and column and offer me the result "description F4" in sheet2/workbook2, cell B2.

Is this possible? How can this be achieved - it will be a huge timesaver!

This might be something to work with. Enter this formula where you want the results to begin and fill across and down. Enter the formula with Ctrl + Shift + Enter

This will copy both the person and their characteristic.
