Your post is meaningless to many contributors, who are not able to view .png files on this forum due to software compatibilities with some browsers. It is better to attach a sample Excel workbook, but if you must attach images then use jpegs or PDF files instead.

How can I attach excel file?
Click on Go Advanced (below the Reply window), scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments then the Upload window will open. Click on Browse, then navigate to your file icon and double-click it, then click Upload and Close this window to get back to the Edit window. Finish off your post then click Submit.

Hi,
This may not be exactly what you want but I have:-
1. replaced all your conditional formatting with one conditional format
2. sorted columms E and M by cell colour
Please see attached.
