Merge Common Data and Sum in the Corresponding row

I have attached my excel sheet which is a report file. The Data in Column A has a lot of similar part names. I want a macro to identify the cells with the exactly same names and Merge and Center the corresponding cells in the Totals (Column F) and then total the amounts for the corresponding value from the Amount(Column E) and fill up in Column F (the merged cell). I've have added a sheet which shows how i would want the desired result to appear after the macro runs. It will help you understand my problem better. Kindly suggest a solution.
