    How to assign shortcut key to a macro in "MS Outlook 2010"

    Hi All,

    I am new for macro. Can you pls tell me how to assing shortcut key to a macro in "MS Outlook 2010". Pls refer below macro code for highlighting text in Outlook mail with yellow color.

    Hi,

    Under the Developer menu/ribbon select the Macros button.
    In the Macro window that opens, select your Macro name, then select Options...

    In the Macro Options window that opens you will see options to assigning shortcut key.

    Hi,

    I already tried but this option is not available in Outlook. It is only available in excel.

    Use the Quick Access Toolbar.

    Shortcuts are automatically assigned.
