Hi Excelforum,
I'm Jason, a Salesforce admin from Pennsylvania, USA. It was actually Salesforce that brought me here!
More specifically, it was Salesforce's use of upper and lowercase characters in its unique record IDs. The preferred method I found on google to try and make Excel distinguish the difference did NOT function as advertised, lol.
