How to sync Outlook contacts and notes with my iPhone 6?

Hello!
I'm looking for a way to sync contacts and notes between PC Outlook and my iPhone 6 without going through the Cloud.
I've tried syncing via iTunes as a temporary solution but stayed with it for 2 years. The biggest disadvantage was that you can't modify Outlook contacts directly from your iPhone.
I was okay with that until the next problem. Right now there's now way for syncing Outlook notes because iTunes no longer supports that!
So, is there any iTunes alternatives for syncing Outlook?

How about syncing with Outlook via EVO Collaborator plugin? It will sync via iCal and its super easy to setup!

I think notes is a dead end that not many people using it. You can use task instead. For itune’s syncing ability, I was disappointed too. Not only that, itune’s icloud control panel cannot use outlook default folder as storage and that is really inconvenient because I need to dig in icloud folders to look for what I want.

Hey!
Thanks for your advice! I have already solved my problem with both notes and contacts with app called AkrutoSync.
The only bad thing is that it can't transfer old notes from my iPhone to Outlook. But at least now I have my Outlook notes and contacts synced with my iPhone and every note or contact I add on my smartphone shows up in Outlook.

It is quite hard to do that without an iCloud as iPhones have their system sync options quite locked up.
Only solution so far which I have found was to go via Google, so it was Outlook <> Google <> Phone, Google as used as a bridge.
Tool has 14 days trial version, which you can use to transfer items or purchase if you need contact sync.
It does not sync directly with phone, but does that via Google, which works just fine.
