Hi,
I need formula in Total Row to the table. Display only the properties with 1 bathroom. What is the Average Sales Price of all the 1 bathroom properties.
column F is Bedrooms : Only 1 Bedroom average sales price need
Column J is Sales Price : Only 1 Bedroom average sales price need

Have you tried the AVERAGEIF function? It might look something like:
=AVERAGEIF(G1:G118,1,J1:J118)

Have you tried the SUBTOTAL formula? For this I would insert a row on the very top(row1), then set a filter in row2 - with all your headers.Use the 101 for average in the subtotal formula (SUBTOTAL(101,J1:J129). then just filter your data and the calculation will only use the filtered data for the results you are looking for.
