how to highlight multiple cells based off a value

Ok, this is not for work but more for personal .....

I am prepping for my draft (fantasy football) I have 7 sheets in my workbook broken down by position..

Sheet 200 - This contains the top 200 players (which consists of players from the other sheets)
Sheet RB - consists of all Running Backs.

If you look at sheet "200" the first person is "D. Johnson", however his name is also listed on the "RB" tab. Is there a way if I highlight his name from the "200" sheet that it will also highlight his name on the "RB" sheet as well? I am trying to avoid having to go between both sheets to cross off my list (highlight).

Figure even though its fantasy related, its still a good excel question to ask I uploaded my excel sheet.

    Thank you

also, its a coincidence hes ranked first on both sheets, so I dont want to go by row number as the names can be listed in different numbers on the sheets.

I tried to open your workbook. Got an error and when it finally opened, it was empty. File may be corrupted. Can you re upload after determining if file is corrupt.

ok, i resaved my file, I guess it was looking for my other excel sheets. ( I combined 7 of them in to 1 and I guess it was looking for the others). I uploaded the new one. should be ok now.
