Outlook 2007 will not open pst file

There is a problem. I use the email program Outlook 2007 POP3. Perhaps due to problems with the hard drive Outlook has stopped working. I tried to install a different email program, but failed. Can anyone recommend a program that can to do pst file repair is 6.5 gigs or some manual to do it myself?
Standard program scanpst.exe Outlook also failed to open the file.
I suspect that I had a hard drive error, the cluster is damaged or something else.

Do a background check through the chkdsk.
If there are errors, then open the folder "Computer", select the drive, right-click on it - Properties -> Tools -> Check Now -> put a checkbox only to "Automatically fix file system errors" -> Run.
