    Virus in Outlook pst files

    Hello,
I am using Microsoft Outlook 2013. My anti-virus finds a virus :trojan-PSW.Win32.Agent.qdy in my Outlook pst files. Now i cannot open them.
So my question is how to view pst files damaged by virus?

    Thanks in advance,
    Joel

    Have you contacted their support?

It sounds like a false positive to me if the program is not identifying a specific message in the pst file.

Re: Virus in Outlook pst files

The only thing that I have found to protect and restore infected Outlook PST file, is if you had Backed up the .PST file or use special app.
    For example: https://www.viewertool.com/pstviewer.html

    Good luck
