    Question vba Calendar View

    Hi Experts,

Hopefully i can be clear with my explanation.

What i would like to is look at the calendar and instantly be able to tell which date already has note, similar to how MS Windows Restore points does it.
as you can see from the picture below "Today's Date" is automatically identified, I want to be able to do that for all the dates in Column(A).
The identifier could be bold, shaded etc..., it does not matter as long at it's visible.

Can you please tell me if what I am requesting is possible and if yes then how do i do it (see attached worksheet for example).

I seem to be missing a piece. There must be a reference to include. The calendar portion of the form doesn't show up for me.
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

Hi dflak, was there an error when you clicked the make note button?

The form opened, but there was no calendar - there was a blank place where the calendar should be. I did see a message that the function was not installed on my machine. So if you are distributing this, you should make sure that the people who get it have the necessary function.

Ah, OK. I don't seem to have that control. I go from ListView Control to Outlook Body Control. This control seems to be associated with SAP which I don't have.

    Re: vba Calendar View

    Hi Everyone,

This is what i was able to come up with since my original request can not be easily done.

I used a combo box to give me a list of the dates that already has notes and I tied it into the month-view calendar.

Please review(see attachment) and let me know if there is a better option.

    Thank you.
