data sorting - need help wiith layout (text to column doesnt work)

Hello everyone,

I hope everyone's doing well. I need help to sort out the data and I have a bunch of sheets in excel but there not into each row or column....and it is hard to create formula's because there not in each row or column.

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated !

So... It might be an idea to tell us what you want done with this? "sort out the data" is a bit meaningless.

All the data is in each row....instead I want the data to be spaced out...you know how we use text to column but is there an easier way since text to column I have to look at each data and have to manually go through it to organize it...basically trying to find a quicker way to do it.

No. Not enough. There's a lot of stuff going on there. Manually enter some data showing your desired results so that we can see EXACTLY what you want. Im not prepared to spend time at this, only to find out that I misinterpreted your vague description.
