Post Can someone help me with the formula for required run rate.

Can someone help me with the formula for required run rate.

    Here’s an example:
My average customer satisfaction score for 10 days in a month is 8.5 [out of 10] with 10 surveys
My target is to hit an average of 9 by the end of the month. So, I would need to calculate how many more surveys I need to get from 8.5 to 9. Can someone please help me with a formula or suggest how to calculate this? Thanks!

    Hi
Consider A1 as your actual score, A2 as the number of days used for that score, A3 as the objective score, and 30 days for month
    Use

    Hi

    Assume
    Current Survery Score in B1
No of Survery Done in B2
No of Survey Left in B3
Target Score for Survey Left =(B6*(B2+B3)-B1*B2)/B3

    to cross check the result
    Total Survery Value =(B1*B2)+(B3*B4)
    No of survey Done =B2+B3
    Score of Total Survery =D13/D14
