    12 rolling months

    Guys

Hope you can help me to formulate a formula that will show 12 rolling months based on 2 criteria (month and property).
I have attached the excel file for reference.
Desired output if if I selected a month in 2016. it will show the previous data from the last 12 months.

    Appreciate any help. Thank you.

    Re: 12 rolling months

I changed the month headers in rows 3 and 12 to make the date matches easier. They are all the first of the month. They are formatted "mmmm" so it looks the same as before.

The formulas are in C3 and filled across.

Then in C12 and filled across

Then the final formula in C13 filled across is
