Welcome to the forum.
I suggest that you change the title of your thread to something like "Excel file is not in a recognizable format error" or something more descriptive as all problems here could be classified as an excel file problem.
Having said that, I suggest that you find the file in question in Windows File Explorer and right click on the file. A menu will appear and one of the choices should read something like "Restore Previous Versions." Click on that and you may be presented with a list of previous versions of the file. If you get such a list, double click on the one with the latest date to open it. If this opens, it will be the last version of the file without whatever corruption is causing the latest file not to open.

If my answer (or that of other members) has helped you, please say "Thanks" by clicking the Add Reputation button at the foot of one of their posts.
Also: if your problem is solved, please take the time to mark your thread as SOLVED by going to the top of your first post, selecting "Thread Tools" and then "Mark thread as solved".
I have changed your title for you (as was requested by newdoverman)
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

I can't attach my file, because it contains data of my company...
I don't mind changing a title, but can someone suggest more variants for solving?
@levers80
Probably it's a corrupt ZIP file because last time it was saved something went wrong and the save process aborted.
You can verify this by renaming this .XLSX file as a .ZIP file and then try to unzip its contents.
If you get an error message, indeed the ZIP file is corrupt and you may recover all or parts of the contents by using a ZIP recovery tool.
If you don't get an error message, that is good news for you, because it means the underlying file format is OK, and at worst you should lose marginal content. Of course to recover from this, it is a manual process. Perhaps you can use OpenOffice try to open it if you are lucky, or send it to me personally for further inspection.
Did you locate the file in File Explorer and Right click on it and choose Previous Versions? If you did, if you received a listing of files, choose the latest version before the problems began and open it and save with a new name. If you didn't get a list of previous versions, do you have a backup plan where you work...if you don't have one the company certainly should implement one ASAP. If there is a backup plan in operation the latest versions of the file should be able to be retrieved for you.
MS Excel is one of the magnificent and complicated programs that was created among all other programs...Thanks to Microsoft!
But another side of this software, that its files filled numerous data, and some external factors can damage it.
That's why Microsoft developed AutoSaving every some seconds, minutes, hours - like you want and Open&Repair function for extreme cases, but there is situation when nothing of these helped, then refer to Excel online repair service - it is a new modern way to get one file after another - https://onlinefile.repair/en/excel.html
I think this thing must be effective...
