Ways To Create worksheet working 2 national insurance.

Hello everyone!
I'm working on a worksheet for a sole trader and would like to work out, how much band 2 national insurance she should pay. However if possible i would like to avoid vba and just use an equation, so:

if referenced cell is more than equal too 5995 then for every week after that change 2.80 per week.

Could some one tell me if this is possible or will i have to use vba.
