put date in each worksheet and rename tab with date

Hi folks
I have a workbook which contains a sheet for each day of the month.
I would like a macro operable from the cover sheet which will do the following.

Read the input date from cell c3 of the cover sheet (this will be manually changed every month)
Put the incrementing date in cell D2 of each sheet
Rename each tab to the incremental date

However is their a way you can get it to create the right amount of sheets for each month ?

Do you always want to start from day1 of the month or from whatever day in C3 to the end of the month?

Yes it will always be from day 1 to the end of the month in C3
