All i want in here is if employee pay pension contributions for 100 (Pen EE (Tal)) and employer pay for 200 on behalf of the same employee. Then, the worksheet should look like Colunm A= Pers No, Column B=Employee Name, Colunm C= ID Number, Column D=PenPay, Column E=Pens EE(Tal) and Column F=Pens ER(Tal) and G= Total (Pen EE +Pen ER values)

Your data and the example provided makes sense. How do you want the "sample" sheet updated through a button? Or Change in data? Are the columns all lined up and labeled the way you want them? And can you provide the proper name for the consolidated data sheet other then sample?

Hello SPARKY347! Thank you for your help. If you could update the sheet through data that would be great. All the columns are lined up and labeled, as i want it. The correct name for data sheet is called Pension Splits.

Thank you again for your help

Re: Consolidate and add value in next Row

Hello! thank you for your respond. In the example, the pivot table will not give the same result, as each Pen's need to be in different sheet or workbook. Pivot table give more work, as you need to manipulate the data to give the example lay out.

In the example, the Penpay value for EEs and ERS are not very much relevant but the most important thing is the example layout, how to pull cell data to match them.

    Thanks again

I'm not sure you've read all of the posts here FDibbins. This isn't my thread. I haven't cross-posted, but brought attention to the OP who did. I find it funny you linked to the same thread I have. As someone who helped create the information on that web page, I'm certainly humbled you would do so as a boilerplate reply.
