.Value will not auto format to email

I am trying to get the email addresses to show as a hyperlink. on the sheet that the info is pulled from excel automatically makes it an email. when i run this code the home page of (list Page) does not show as an email link.

Might it be better to use Range Copy?

This example shows how to add the formula. I did not know if you used imbedded hyperlinks or formulas. Try it on a blank sheet.
