Can't use SolverOk function without using VBA?

Hi,

I'm pretty new to Excel and I'm trying to do something where excel solves an equation for me and solves it again whenever I add new data in a table I made. Basically I need Excel to solve an equation to equal a specified cell, however the Solver under "Data" doesn't let me add the value of a specific cell in the Value Of:, only specific numerical values. I tried instead using the SolverOk function after some googling, but now I get a #VALUE!. This is my attempt:

Is this because I'm trying to do it directly in a cell instead of in VBA?

Hi,

You can not use any function without defining in VBA module if it is not an excel work sheet function.

Add this as a constraint instead i.e set your objective cell equal to your specific cell.
