    Smile Introducing myself. Hello everyone.

My background is primarily as a hardware / computer engineer with over 40 years in the businesses.. (by the way my U key on this keyboard does not function most of the time, so beware of spelling errors where U is missing.. it works if I hit it multiple times... time for a new keyboard.

Anyway, I love working in Excel and have used it for years for varios personal projects, but in the last year have fond myself programing in excel macros / vba quite extensively. I hope to find answers here more quickly then some google searches. So I am quite happy to be part of this forum and look forward for both its benefits and hopefully I can help someone along the way as well.

I taught some classes including Excel with the Salt Lake Community College and although I no longer teach those classes I am still and adjunct instructor at the college.

Once again, greetings and I look forward to being a part of this forum.

Dan Entler, Salt Lake City, Ut.

    Re: Introducing myself. Hello everyone.

Thank youu for the welcome, but I do have some questions. I made two posts yesterday, one shortly after joining and before I did the introduction post asking for help on a user form text box. After logging out and back in, it showed that I had no posts, so I resent another post basically for the same help. Again today, it still says I have no posts. I also purchased one month of excel help from professionals, so I guess my question is why is the forum not showing my post?

Unfortunately, this forum (site) has lots of performance problems which you will soon discover if you come here often.

As members, we bring these problems to the attention of the site administration. Getting them corrected is a whole different thing!
