General Formatting - Making User Friendly

I made a simple production calculator for different tasks performed during a shift. The problem is it is very ugly and not user friendly. Any help to make this easier on the eyes, combine to one page, and more easy to use would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry for the trouble, got the project attached now.

    Removed grey.

    Welcome to the forum.

You don't need Excel on your computer to upload an attachment. Save the workbook to your desktop then use Manage Attachments in this thread to upload the document.

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:

I would like to assist but I can't determine how to get rid of the dark grey background on the PM sheet.

    Curious ....

That is indeed. I just did conditional formatting to make all blank cells grey. I'll remove it and update the document in my original post.

I didn't want to move any of your cells around due to the formulas contained within.

Here is a suggested format. Hope it helps.
