Request!! Help in Creating Price List for office work

I need help regarding creating customer wise price list for my office work. I am requesting here to please help me with getting those excel formulas require to update sheet.
I have attached Excel files herewith. And also explained what kind of help I needed from this forum members.

Personally I'd use a Pivot Table based on your data. You'll probably need to add a helper column containing a formula to identify the last selling data for each (presumably) customer name.
