    Re: Pivot Chart Question

plz find attach file. Refer "Pivot" sheet.
In this sheet i have create another table with =today()-J3 (J3 is number of day)
column "L" to "Q" using vlookup formula.
In graph, you can select latest 5 days.

    Hi,

Your method will work on a fix data, however, my dat are dynamix.
Whenever a new transaction is processed, it will update the data table, so if I refresh the pivot table, it wont pick with the new value.

    Re: Pivot Chart Question

    Hi,

You could add a column to your source data using the formula =A2>=today()-4 then add this new column as a report filter in your pivot table and filter for TRUE values. When you refresh the pivot everything should update.
