Transposing data conditionally in an entire column

I'm looking to transpose data down an entire column based conditionally on the contents of two cells. I have data grouped as such:
Col A has a cell with a part number. On the same row in Col B, there will then be multiple rows with our suppliers for this part. I need to transpose that data in Col B into successive columns that are in the same row as the Col A part number.

If there is only one supplier, do nothing.

I have uploaded before and after worksheets for an example of what I need, and also the actual worksheet (AllItems.xlsx) that has all of the data.

I am receptive to any solution, VBA or otherwise. Excel 2013.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Please upload a workbook or a representative cut down copy, anonymised if necessary. It is always easier to advise if we can see your request in its context.

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

I've updated my post to be more clear, added examples, and also added the entire workbook with all the data needed to be transposed
