Power Pivot and Dax Formula

Hi Everyone I'm new in Powerpivot and Dax Formula. I would like to ask if this is doable in Powerpivot using dax formula, right now I'm using sumifs to get this end result. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Please see picture below for reference and I also attached the file that I used. Thank You and God Bless.
