totals on pivot table

Hello everyone
I have a table with some values and build a pivot table of it.
One of the fields is a vlookup called TTec.
I'd like to add it and have the sum of it but it says:
"We can't summarize this field with sum beacause it's not a supported calculation for text data types."
I've tried to add a zero but it didn't work.
Does anyone has a magic solution for this?

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.
