formatting yearly totals in pivot table

Hello. I have pivot tables with yearly totals in the columns (i guess they are sort of column subtotals). How can I format these columns differently in the pivot table design area?

Would you upload the workbook and manually create the layout you would like to see next to the PT. It's always easier if we can see the request in context.
