    Question Rolling Year problems

Hi, I'm new to the forum and have found it very helpful

I need to produce a worksheet that uses a scoring system to give a value to an individual’s sick record in the current rolling year.

I have a sheet for each employee’s sick record, listing start and end dates. NETWORKDAYS gives the basic workdays, a manual adjust cell corrects to give a final amount in days.

At the bottom, a total occasions cell, using COUNTA from the start day column and a total days cell using SUM.

The last sheet takes these values and calculates the score Occasions x occasions x total days in rolling period.

I have tried unsuccessfully to adapt an existing rolling formula to include days, i.e. from today 25/3/07 back to 24/3/07.

Is it possible to calculate the total and occasions for the period using TODAY and EDATE-12-1, at the moment I would have to delete expired entries for this to work.
