Merging duplicate cells

Hi
I am using Excel 2007 and i wanted to know if i could merge duplicate cells in one column in one cell, but the cells are in random order e.x

F1 R1 0.7
F3 R6 0.2
F5 R5 0.1
F1 R3 0.5
F3 R2 0.6

and so on.
I want to know if there is a button so that it will make my data look like this

F1 R1 0.7
R3 0.5
F3 R5 0.1
R2 0.6
F5 R5 0.1

Should the result be this?

F1 R1 0.7
R3 0.5
F3 R2 0.6
R6 0.2
F5 R5 0.1

If so, if you take your original data in column A, then do a sort A-Z, then in cell A6 type F5 (this is to get the result above)

Then in B1 put this formula and drag down to B5

=IF(LEFT(A1,2)=LEFT(A2,2),A1,RIGHT(A1,6))
