Making Vector Diagrams/ Line diagrams

Hello,

I would like to make a Vector Diagram however I am facing serious difficulties with the Excel application and would appreciate some help. I managed to make a bar graph which is the closest I could come to a Vector Diagram.

I would like to know how to change those bars into thin lines as that will represent a Vector Diagram better. Please suggest on how I could do that. Requesting for urgent help and would appreciate any help

Try modifying the attachment
