    Value dependent variable cell action

Hi, I'm a new user creating a response tool for my companies workshop sessions.

The tool is used in workshops where we are assessing where individuals feel the company is (1-5 scale) and where they would like to be.
I've built the foundations of the tool that allow easy inputting to create live results, however, I want to create a max-min chart to display comparative differences between the each individuals spread. What I need is a formula, that will search the responses from each individual and then place a value in a new cell based on the initial value.

I have included a demonstration sheet to help. Sorry for the clunky wording.

    Hi
the attached shows one way you could do this by formulas - however, I think it would be easier using a chart (also in the attached sheet)

Thanks a bunch, both solutions are great.
