Run time Error 381 in Excel

Hello,
I keep on getting the run time error 381 stating "Could not set the list property. Invalid property array index" whenever I try to open Excel. I've a worksheet attached, which is throwing this error. Also, I couldn't open any worksheet that contains macros. Is this a problem with the macros? How do I solve this?
