    creating a form on word

    Hello,

    I am trying to create a form in word, and once i button ok, I would like to have each field populate my document.
    What is the best way around do to this on VBA using a form

    Why not put the form fields directly in the document? Protect the document as a form and save it as read only. When someone opens the document and fills in the fields they would be required to provide a new name for the filled-in document.

    Creating forms is easy but it would take more than a few sentences in a help forum. Microsoft has a good tutor document and there are several youtube videos.
