Access 2007 link combo boxes to limit selection results.

Hello All.

I am building on to and altering an existing database that a previous employee had built. I have changed the text boxs he had in a modual to Combo Boxs. Now I just need to have one combo box reflect a certian list based on what the other box has been selected as. Example below:

Dictionary field= Description field =
Physician >>>>>>>> Physician or Ref Physician
Referral >>>>>>>>> Outside Fac or Clrnrcal Lras or Discharge Planner or Muit Rererrals

This is commonly referred to as Cascading Combo Boxes. Here is a tutorial on how to make them work in Access.

There are several examples. I like Example 2 as it only uses one table.
