DEUTSCH "ZÄHLENWENNS" Problems

Good Morning!

I'm having trouble with a "Zählenwenns" formula, where one of the conditions is that a column contains a date. I Need to return a sum of rows that contain "XXX"(Column C) and have have a date next to them (Column Q). The formula Looks like this:

There is apparently a Problem with the condition containing the date, but no matter how I formulate it, Excel tells me there is an error.

Anybody have any clues?

=ZÄHLENWENNS(C1:C100;"XXX";Q1:Q100;">=01/01/2000")
