If know a little and what to learn more. Here are a few tips

Step 1
- Autofilter
- Conditional Formatting
- VLOOKUP
- Charts
- COUNTIF
- Pivottable basics

Step 2 would be to learn about Index and Match
Step 3 would be to learn about Arrays and Array formulas, SUMPRODUCT
