    Pivot Table conundrum

    OK,
I have a pivot table with one field in the row section, no fields in the column section, and 6 fields in the data section. Of these 6 fields in the data section, 5 are "count" and one is "Sum". Subtotals are set to none on the row field. When the pivot is created I get three elements in the row. Here is the issue.......

When I double click into the data section for the second or third element in the row I get what is expected, i.e. if the count in one of the data fields is 7, when I double click on the 7 I get a new sheet with those 7 records. The same is true for the for all data fields on the second or third row element.

When I do the same for the first row element, I get all the records in the data set.....i.e. if the count of a particular data field is 10, when I double click it I get all 3000 records from the data set.

    What setting am I missing?

    Thanks.
