    DR watson

    Any idea how to get rid of him (The stupid error message that keeps coming up for no reason). Or any ideas why is happens

    System

    Excel 97
    Windows NT.

    Sometimes the .xlb (file that excel uses to store changes to the toolbars) can
    get hosed.

    Delete it (or rename it to *.xlbOLD) and test it.

    If it works, then toss *.xlbOLD and rebuild your toolbars.
